You don’t have to carry this alone.
Nice to meet you
Katie has over twenty years of experience in counselling. She began her career in the United Kingdom, working with families, youth, and children, before returning to Canada, where she spent many years in Peterborough, Ontario, providing counselling, facilitating groups, and offering community training.
Katie is married, a mother of two, a stepmother of one, and has had the unique experience of being a gestational carrier (surrogate). A move to Simcoe County in 2020 brought her to this practice.
She provides counselling for adults, including individuals and couples. Her work focuses on grief, loss, life transitions, body image, parenting, and relationship concerns. She particularly supports couples and individuals seeking to improve communication, deepen connection, and repair their relationships.
Katie’s approach offers a safe, validating space to explore personal well-being, using practical tools that can be applied both in and outside of sessions.
